The ACVA is governed by a boare of 18 governors who represent Alexandria's broad spectrum of restaurants, retailers, attractions and historic preservation, hotels, trade and professional associations and the City government. The members of the Board of Governors meet monthly to discuss the strategies and actions of the ACVA staff.
