    Alexandria's Union Street Public House and Mason Music Productions are collaborating on "Musical Sunday Brunch." The Old Town landmark restaurant features Chef Jeremy Waybright's eclectic brunch menu accompanied by current and former musicians from George Mason University’s internationally recognized school of music. These young artists have been selected to play at Union Street by Professor Glenn Dewey, University faculty member and the producer of Mason Music Productions.

    Mason Music performers are young professionals who are the top undergraduate, graduate and alumni from the School of Music's performance programs. These are up-and-coming artists who regularly perform throughout the region and frequently internationally. Musical genres range from Dixieland, blues and swing, to contemporary jazz, funk, pop, classic rock and world music.

    November 12th will feature the vocal jazz and pop stylings of Sarah Moyers accompanied Gena Photiadis on Piano, Joe Whitney on Tenor Saxophone and John Mark Diner on Bass. 

    November 19th will feature a  selection of jazz standards, with some blues and Latin selections by Adam Fluger on guitar, Jack Irby on saxophone and TJ Turqman on bass. 

    November 26th will once again feature international Latin and Brazilian jazz and classical guitarist Cristian Perez, with John-Marc Diner on Bass and Nick Natalie on Saxophone.
