Replenish this winter season during a yin and restorative yoga practice. The workshop will include centering and pranayama, and a 75 minute inward-focused practice of yin yoga and restorative yoga. Students will be guided through the yoga practice with long-slow holds to deepen relaxation paired with gentle massage and aromatherapy.
The long dark days of winter can lend themselves to physical stagnation, fatigue, and hibernation. Join Kat as we come to our mats to honor the intention of stillness and the inward practice to relax and renew during the winter season.
