Celebrate this holiday season at BRABO! Reservations are recommended, but not required.
Thanksgiving: BRABO will be open from noon to 8 p.m., offering a three-course meal for $70 with an optional fourth course (menu available on BRABO's website). Chef Sebastien Rondier's special Duck a l'Orange may be ordered to go if pre-ordered and pre-paid 48 hours in advance.
Christmas Eve: Open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with regular service. Chef Rondier's Duck a l'Orange will be on the menu (no advance notice required!). In addition, Chef Rondier will be offering a dinner special for $38, which includes venison Wellington with mushroom duxelles, spinach, black truffle sauce and a red port reduction.
New Year's Eve: Ring in the New Year with BRABO! Open from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., with a special five-course prix-fixe menu for $95 and a champagne toast at midnight.
New Year's Day: Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. No dinner service.
BRABO features tasting menus and caviar service in the formal dining room or come as you are craft cocktails and bites in the brasserie all specializing in French-American fare.
