Julie has nearly 20 years of expertise in event planning, exhibition and sponsorship sales, meeting management, and leading teams in both non-profit and for-profit cultures. She is President-Elect of the Association for Women in Events (AWE) and has served on their Board of Directors since the organization’s inception in 2015. Julie also served as Chair of AWE’s Education and Events Committee since the committee’s very beginning in 2015. She also stands on the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) DC Chapter Board of Directors and IAEE’s CEM Commission.
