If someone took a 30,000 foot view of your organization, board of directors and senior leadership team, what impressions would they get? How much diversity is truly represented there? Would potential candidates see themselves represented there, and could they identify with your organization as a place where they would be accepted and valued? Forward thinking organizations take these things into consideration when recruiting leadership, developing core values and organizational culture. Learn about how one local association uses diversity and inclusion strategies to directly support its mission in helping women of all ages, cultures, and needs.
