This document outlines the preliminary rules and restrictions for the 2018 Alexandria Wedding Showcase free wedding grand prize. Each attendee who opts in to be entered to win the grand prize will be entered once for every ticket purchased. One ticket will receive one entry, two tickets will receive two entries. Only the name entered on the ticket registration will be entered. Guest names will not be entered into the drawing. More detailed rules and restrictions from each vendor will be provided by January 1, 2018.
General
The Westin Alexandria will provide a wedding starting at $143 per person with three entrée choices, for up to 100 guests. Winner will pay for guests over 100 at the per person price estimate. Date availability is based on The Westin Alexandria.
The Westin Alexandria will also provide the following:
Select Event Group will provide linens, chairs, chargers and flatware at $30 per person for up to 100 guests. Winner will pay for guests over 100 at the per person price estimate.
Sarah Marcella Creative will provide photography services for five hours. Winner will pay for time exceeding the five hour limit. The Alexandria Wedding Showcase, Visit Alexandria, The Westin Alexandria, PSAV, Select Event Group, Sarah Marcella Creative, Velvet Moss Floral and Alexandria Pastry Shop will have the rights to use these photos on their websites, social media accounts and in other marketing materials.
Velvet Moss Floral will provide centerpieces for up to 10 tables, limited to $75 per centerpiece, and a bridal bouquet or two boutonnieres, limited to $200. Winner will pay for cost exceeding $75 per centerpiece and/or $200 for the bridal bouquet or boutonnieres. This includes a consultation and delivery to The Westin Alexandria. Additional needs will be provided at cost.
Alexandria Pastry Shop will provide the wedding cake for up to 100 guests. Winner will pay for guests over 100 at the per person price estimate.
